FILE: BECOME-MORE

Mission Statement

Becoming Moore Physically, Mentally, and Emotionally.

You spend your 6:00 AM shift going through the motions just to survive. The couch always wins by noon. It's time to stop bargaining with your alarm clock and start reclaiming your life.

Frame 01 / The Reality

"I'm too tired"
isn't a willpower
problem.

It's a plan problem. You weren't born without the "athlete gene." You're just exhausted from existing — from a body that was never given the protocol it needed to survive a 10-hour shift and still be a parent, a partner, a person after the punch-out.

The couch isn't winning because you're weak. It's winning because nobody built you a sequence for a day that starts at 4:15 AM. That's what this is. That's the whole job.

Frame 02 / The Solution

Three pillars.
One protocol.

Strength, focus, and a room full of people who get it. Pull any one out and the whole thing falls.

PILLAR 01

Physical Strength

Programming built for a body that already worked all day. Protect the back. Earn the muscle. Survive the shift, then own the evening.

PILLAR 02

Mental Focus

The 90-second resets, the pre-shift routine, the clock-out ritual. Discipline that fits between scans, lifts, and pallets.

PILLAR 03

Collective Power

The Breakroom. A room of people who get the 4:15 AM alarm. You don't have to carry this alone — and you won't.

Frame 02 / The Mirror

You've said one of
these out loud.

Most of my clients walked in carrying one or all of these. None of them are character flaws. They're starting points.

01

I'm intimidated walking into a gym.

02

I don't even know where to start.

03

I have body shame and I hide it.

04

I can't fit into my old pants anymore.

05

I get out of breath doing regular stuff.

06

I don't have time, or I think I don't.

Frame 03 / The Method

The one
benefit
I'm here for.

"Confidence in themselves."

Everything in NA — every program, every check-in, every nutrition target — points at one outcome. Not a six pack. Not a number on a scale. Confidence. Real, earned, repeatable confidence in your own body and your own discipline.

I enjoy watching people take control of their lives again through fitness, health, and wellness. The market may feel oversaturated — but if it helps people, I'm all for it. I'm here to bring something different and meaningful to the table.

In their words.

"

I used to be a zombie by lunch. Now I clock out at 4 PM and still have a person left over for my kids.

No supplement pitch. Ever. Just a plan that fit a 10-hour shift and an actual human checking in.

Frame 06 / Workflow

How it actually goes.

STEP 01

Send a message

Phone or email. Tell me where you're at. No script, no form, no funnel.

STEP 02

We talk like humans

A real conversation about your goals, your time, your history, your hesitations.

STEP 03

Build the foundation

We lock in the five floors: sleep, protein, steps, water, four sessions.

STEP 04

Train. Check in. Adjust.

Weekly check-ins. Programming that moves with your life, not against it.

Frame 07 / Cast Bio

I said no for years.
Then I stopped.

I never played sports. Didn't get my size until later in life. Worked manufacturing. People kept asking if I was a trainer. I kept saying no by reflex. One morning that no felt wrong on the way out — and NA started.

Unexpected Fact

Never played a sport. Got my size later than most. Proof that "too late" is a lie.

What I Refuse To Do

I will never push supplements before the work is done. You earn the foundation first. Pills don't replace reps.

Frame 08 / Objections

Common pushback.

I'm intimidated. Is this for me?+

Yes. That's the whole point. If you weren't intimidated you wouldn't need a coach — you'd just go. We start where you are.

I don't have time. What's the minimum?+

Four sessions a week, 45–60 min. Plus a 10-minute weekly check-in. That's it. If you can't carve out four hours, we need a different conversation first.

Are you going to push supplements?+

No. Read what I refuse to do above. The work comes first. We can talk supplements after 90 days of a stable foundation.

Online or in-person?+

Both. Online coaching for the everyday client, in-person for clients in range. Same standard, different format.

// End Credits

Wake up.
Decide.
Go.

Wake up every day with purpose, with goals, and with the intention to be better. You got this.
